IF I LOSE OR FORGET MY PASSPHRASE CAN NLA RETRIEVE IT FOR ME?
No, the only person who has access to your passphrase is YOU.
Because the C-wallet is not online, (it is installed on your hard drive) the only way someone can hack into your Chingeling account is by going onto your computer.
The passphrase is not mandatory but if someone DID use your computer they would also need to know your passphrase to access your account.
However, if you do lose or forget your passphrase there is no one else anywhere who has it so the C-wallet can not be opened.
Chingeling does NOT have your passphrase (more security) so it is up to each individual member to keep track. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!! If you have coins in your C-wallet and you can’t access it - those coins are lost.
Chingeling DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PASSPHRASE CHOSEN.
