WHY SHOULD WE ALL USE ONE LINK?
With everyone joining under the team link, we all fall into place evenly row by row in the team matrix.
What normally happens when people share their own links (rather than the team link) is - some share with many, some with a few and some with no people at all, which makes the matrix grow very unevenly and is not very successful.
